Refund and Returns Policy

At E&H SOUND & LIGHT PRO SDN. BHD., we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase of our port equipment, badminton rackets, bicycles, scooters for kids, and related items. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Cancellations must be submitted by email to ehsoundnlight@outlook.com with your Order Number, Full Name, and Reason for Cancellation.
  • If your cancellation request is received and approved within the allowed time frame, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment.
  • After the 12-hour window, orders will be processed and cannot be canceled.

2. Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 calendar days from the date you received the item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided.
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email whether the return has been approved.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • We will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider but typically takes 5–10 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Please note:

  • We do not charge any restocking fee.
  • If your return does not meet the conditions above, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item at ehsoundnlight@outlook.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
  • We will assess the issue and arrange for an exchange, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend that you return the item (following the return process) and place a new order separately for the desired item.
