1. Shipping Coverage
At E&H SOUND & LIGHT PRO SDN. BHD., we currently only ship within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders placed through our website must have a valid Malaysian shipping address to be processed.
2. Shipping Fees
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders delivered within Malaysia. There are no additional delivery or handling charges, regardless of the product size or value.
3. Processing and Delivery Time
- All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- After processing, the Goods will be shipped and are expected to be delivered within 7 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
Please note that while we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, external factors such as courier delays, public holidays, and regional logistics may occasionally result in slight delivery extensions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email or SMS (depending on the information provided at checkout). You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status through our designated courier partner’s website.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided during checkout.
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or if the recipient is unavailable, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or contact you to arrange for redelivery or collection.
Please ensure all contact details and addresses are accurate and complete at the time of order placement.
6. Delivery Locations
We deliver to all regions in Malaysia, including:
- Peninsular Malaysia
- Sabah and Sarawak (delivery times may vary slightly for East Malaysia)
7. Undeliverable Packages
In the event a package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, incorrect shipping address, or refusal to accept the parcel:
- We will contact you to confirm a new delivery arrangement.
- Reshipment will still be free of charge, but delivery may be delayed pending confirmation.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package at ehsoundnlight@outlook.com.
- Include your Order Number, clear photos of the damaged or missing items, and a description of the issue.
We will assess the matter and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
